What you chase runs away.

Three months of deep inner work, held in a small circle of women.
Places are allocated after a personal conversation, so we can get to know each other and you can ask anything you like.
Do you keep hitting the same ceiling, no matter how hard you try?
You know what you want. You've read the books, done the courses. And still something quietly pulls you back to the same place.
What if it isn't a lack of effort, but an old lens you've been looking through since childhood?
Return is where you take it off, see clearly what you truly want to bring into the world, and become the woman who creates it, with others walking beside you every day.
The inner work leads. The outer follows.
Every month we go deep into the beliefs, patterns and old stories that shape your life. Alongside, in small practical steps, we change what those beliefs have created on the outside. Unmanifesting the old, to make space for the new.
Month one
We look honestly at every area of your life, from a place of gratitude for what is already there, and find the core beliefs behind the places where you keep getting stuck.
In the background: clearing your home, wardrobe, paperwork and digital clutter.
Month two
Where scarcity was learned, and what changes when you start from an inner state of abundance.
In the background: looking at your real numbers, calmly and without shame.
Month three
Who you are becoming, and what you're here to bring into the world.
In the background: shaping your core offering, your first real step.
A weekly group call, daily accountability, small rituals and a circle of women who won't let you fall back into the old little white lies.
Return is for women who sense there is more, and are ready to stop waiting for it.
You might be successful on the outside and still feel you're living someone else's version of your life. You may have a calling, an idea or a gift you keep postponing. You know your patterns well, maybe too well, and you're tired of meeting them again and again.
You don't need to have it all figured out. You need to be willing to look honestly, to do the work every day, and to let others walk beside you.
Return is not a retreat to escape your life. It's a commitment to change it.
And yes, there's a spiritual thread running through it. We work with beliefs, intention, inner guidance and co-creation with something greater than ourselves. If that resonates, you'll feel at home here.
After three months of inner work, we come together in person.
The villa sits high above Lake Maggiore, with views across the water to the mountains. Garibaldi once slept in these rooms, and you can feel the hundreds of years of stories in its walls. In the basement there's a private hamam, which you'll soon know as the place of foam, laughter and letting go.
Six days of music, morning movement, dancing, sun, long meals cooked by our own chef, and deep sessions where everything you've built over the three months comes together. We celebrate the woman you've become, and set the course for what comes next. And perhaps a surprise or two.
The group is small on purpose: five to eight women, depending on room choice.
Getting there is easy. Milan Malpensa is about an hour away, with direct flights from across the UK and Germany, and from southern Germany you can also travel by car or train. We coordinate arrivals so you share the journey from the airport.
What women say
"I call myself a serial course bolter — I never finish them. This time I did."
— Programme participant, UK, 2022
"Sabine really holds space for you. Even though I found it painful at times, her explanation on why I was feeling that way — without judgement — made me commit to the rest of the course."
— Programme participant, UK, 2022
"I felt heard and she gently guided me — keeping me reframe my inner critic, which is quite a loud talker."
— Programme participant, UK, 2022
Your guide
I know this works because we cannot become ourselves by ourselves. When we put an intention into a shared space and do the work together, something shifts that no amount of solo effort ever quite reaches.
For over 20 years I've worked with body, cycles and nature: Ayurveda, yoga, herbalism, women's cycle awareness. And I've been walking barefoot for just as long. It's the one thing everyone knows about me, and one of the biggest factors that rebuilt me, from extremely fragile to strong.
But the deepest change in my life didn't come from doing more. It came from seeing the beliefs I'd been living by, and choosing new ones. I've walked that path myself, with all the fear, doubt and old patterns tapping on my shoulder. I know how rough it can be, and how much it matters not to walk it alone.
Today I trust that we are guided, and that when we do our part, life meets us halfway. Return is where I bring all of it together: the practical, the embodied and the spiritual.
Lake Maggiore has held me for years. It always felt like travelling back in time, a place that remembers something the rest of the world has forgotten. A place where poets wrote their poetry, and where you might find yourself writing your new chapter.
